Marketing Tips

What is the most difficult aspect in Marketing a product(any product for that matter)?

It is how to fix an appointment with alomost all the prospects you talk to. To get to the base of the problem you must put yourself in the prospects boots. Why do you think you would resist all efforts to an appointment for a presentation? What would be going through your mind?

1. I don't want to go to an opportunity meeting as I think it may be a waste of my valuable time.
2. I don't want to spend money on buying something.
3. You'll make fun of me if I decide not to buy anything or join you in your business.
4. You're trying to sell me something.
5. You're trying to put pressure to sell me something through your experienced senior.
6. I am safer not going to the presentation where people will try to convince me to join some scheme.
7. Even if I say No, you'll continue to follow up and harass me till I'm disgusted as is the usual practice.

Just because these thoughts might be going through your prospects head, you must be an excellent salseman to win the first round i.e. to get an appointment for a presentation. But let me warn you here that you must at the same time be prepared to receive lots and lots of Rejections.
And most sales peaople don't want to give the manipulative salesman' look. They just want to tell prospects about their products.
And everyone hates rejections. When ever you are talking to a prospect, there are just two possibilities:

A) Either the prospect will lean and look forward to your presentation or,
B) the prospect will lean back, put up defenses and try to avoid the presentation.

In most cases the prospects will be leaning back which is uncomfortable both for you and the prospect. So instead of being manipulative or try to sell something, you take an entirely different approach.

You are going to :

A. Relax the prospect.
B. Get the prospect to lean forward, anxious to hear your presentation.

How are you going to do this?
Simple: You will do this by learning and using Two Simple sentences which will change your life and the results drastically.

Sinhaji, really you have initiated a good effort,I being of the marketing feild, through out my life exeperince Have read many books giving the tips to win the markete every expert tried to express positive tips they never explained the disapointing side but you are showing actual picture of market. By getting your tips the person who are already in this line and have many disapointments will get oxygen,freshers will get Tonic.Icongrats you keep this effort up,thanks
